Description
We are actively seeking a Senior & Manager Physiotherapist to join the One Physio family. In this dual-role capacity, you will not only be responsible for delivering exceptional, evidence-based care to our patients but also for leading and managing our team of healthcare professionals. Your clinical responsibilities will include assessing patients’ physical conditions, devising customized treatment plans, and implementing a range of therapeutic interventions to help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical performance.
Job Scope
- Patient Assessment: Evaluate and diagnose patients’ physical conditions to inform treatment plans.
- Customized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment strategies.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the physiotherapy team to ensure high-quality care.
- Operational Management: Oversee the smooth operation of clinical services, including scheduling and equipment maintenance.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and uphold standards of patient care and service delivery.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s, master’s and above degree with minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above in physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in physiotherapy or a related healthcare field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy.
Pay & Benefits
- EPF and SOCSO: The employer will provide contributions to the Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and Social Security Organization (SOCSO) in accordance with the Malaysian labor laws.
- Basic salary plus commission: The starting basic salary for this position will depend on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have the potential to earn commission from RM2,500 up to RM10,000 per month or more, depending on their performance.
- Probation & Training: A probationary period and comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.
