Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist to join our One Physio team. The successful candidate will work with patients to help them recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their physical performance. The physiotherapist will work closely with other One Physio professionals to develop customized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions to help patients achieve their goals.
Job Scope
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Utilize a range of physical techniques to help patients improve their mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy and incorporate this knowledge into patient care.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s, master’s and above degree with minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above in physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy.
Pay & Benefits
- EPF and SOCSO: The employer will provide contributions to the Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and Social Security Organization (SOCSO) in accordance with the Malaysian labor laws.
- Basic salary plus commission: The starting basic salary for this position will depend on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have the potential to earn commission from RM2,500 up to RM10,000 per month or more, depending on their performance.
- Probation & Training: A probationary period and comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.
